online customer sales personnel m/f
must have an HND or be a mature -ie 27+ yrs old SHS graduate
You need to be familiar with IG, FB, Whatsapp
Ideally you speak French but NOT a must
.
Responsibilities :
•Learn details about our product and service offerings -Hair , cosmetics and accessories
•Finding leads and conducting the necessary
•follow-up to meet sales quotas.
•Address any questions or issues customers may have
•Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
•Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
•Update client records
•Track and document calls and sales
•Participating in any required training

common skills and qualifications:
HND diplomat/ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
You must be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic for remote positions.
Computer proficiency is critical.
An outgoing individual is an excellent fit for this opportunity.
Outstanding customer service skills are vital even in this virtual setting.

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday inclusive from 6:30 am to 5 pm
.
Salary
Starting Target Salary is 1.500 gross
