We are seeking for an energetic and target oriented individuals to join our team as Field sales agents.

Job Description:

As our Field Sales Agent, you will find new leads of potential customers, Build strong customer relationship presenting the benefits of our products and services and how it can enhance their business in order to exceed targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Research and present company products and services to potential leads.
  2. Contact potential customers through scouting, phone calls and emails
  3. Determine customer needs and offer product or service and support
  4. Deliver customized presentations and targeted sales strategies
  5. Close sales by leading customers through the purchasing process.
  6. Maintain records and reports of all activities.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing &Sales or its related field.
  • A Proven experience in marketing/sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and target Oriented.

Salary + Benefits

Target Base Salary for these role is circa 2.500 gross negotiable net – depending on your experience and qualifications please.

They have a Competitive salary structure

Commission is also given and is rather generous
