This young energetic company (international), is looking for a

B2B SalesTeam/ SalesForce Manager m/f with a Driving License

to be based in East Legon

Must have 3+yrs experience in managing and mentoring a small sales team; if you have never managed a small team of 4-5 salespeople, this is NOT a job for you please

And also 3+ yrs experience in sales- ideally in jewelry of FMCG

…and you are 25-35 years old (give or take)

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
  • Achieve target and develop the market.
  • Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.
  • Provide reports to main director like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, new customers’ on-boarded reports and management of receivables.
  • Prepare and assist sales team and other sales tools.
  • Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility.
  • Serve as a point of reference to employees in terms of showing great work ethic, habits, personal character, and professional character.
  • Orient company’s marketing activities, planning, execution & ensuring adequate streamlining within the expected marketing budget.
  • Organise brand building & Marketing excellent across the B to B and the B to C segment.
  • Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance.
  • Identify the trends in the market, both current, and future that are likely to affect the performance of the organization.
  • Implement and ensure consistent brand display and increase of brand visibility across all stakeholders points..



  • Minimum HND in business management, marketing, communications or sales
  • Proven work experience in marketing and sales and achieving set targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, and put in place measures to retain a great team.
  • Excellent selling skills, ability to close deals, and taking pro active decision without or with little supervision.
  • Excellent selling skills, people-oriented, and ability to motivate a team.
  • Ability to identify potential areas of growth
  • Strong organization skills and multi-tasking player.
  • Ability to submit report within the set timelines.
  • Excellent customer care and result oriented solution provider
  • Excellent computer skill and working with Microsoft office software.
  • A license B driver’s license with full driving experience required.

Again, the important thing is that besides your sales ability, you can really manager processes and people and you do not need to be told what to do


Working Hours

Mon-Friday and also Saturdays on public holidays (eg Christmas period, Eid, etc)



The Salary is max 5.000 ghs net + commission, depending on experience of course
