For a HealthCare and Hospital facility, we are looking for a young and dynamic
HOSPITAL FLOOR COORDINATOR M/F in Accra

ZERO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED but …Experience IN hospitals and health care facilities /establishments is a welcomed plus
.
S/he:
will oversee every activity on the floor with responsibilities such as:
- The floor coordinator basically coordinates all that happens on the floor
- Meet and greet clients, ask them what they need, direct them, explain simple questions to them, check wards and see if they are in a good state, issue questionnaires to clients
- Maintaining and improving quality customer experience at all points of engagement.s
- got good interpersonal relationship skills and can speak fluent English and is agile and has a great attitude.
- you also got superb personal hygiene and are customer-friendly with a smile on your face please.

Qualification
– An HND – ideally in something relating to hospitals or that role – but the subject can be anything..
And of course, you are done with NS.
Please the client wants someone with an HND – nothing more and nothing less- so NO_Bachelor’s degree and no generic Diplomas except an HND.
– So is welcome any experience in customer service.

Monday- Friday
occasionally you might work 4 hours on a Saturday or Sunday and you will be compensated extra

Salary
max 1200 GHS net depending on your professional experience.
