JOB DESCRIPTION
looking for a sales personal \ marketing officer.
We are in the food industry, selling Frozen foods, mainly fish\beef\poultry products, wholesale in cartons.
Our customers are local individuals who have big cold rooms, from all over the country.
Your job will be to search for these customers, in the various locations, explain about our products and be in touch daily to provide the customers with products and prices and to sell….as well
Also, sometimes market research is needed.

The Setup
Currently they have 6 marketing officers (all female by coincidence) and they are looking for someone to join, and with time to lead and take over some of the other marketers customers.
In any case, most of the work is in the office and around it (Tema fishing harbour).

Minimum Qualifications
no specific educational requirements but you must be a vivid person, who has the desire to sell, hard-working person, not afraid of challenges.
preferred experience in the frozen food industry, so food industry in general is ok.
and, you living no more than 1 hr with trotro from Tema Fishing Harbour
.
Working days
This is a 6-day a week job
.
Salary + Benefits
Target Base Salary is 2.000 net – if you have Frozen Food Sales experience, salary can go up to 2.500 net (slightly negotiable)
That said, the majority of your income should come from your sales commission and not from that base salary!!!
And they usually provide a 13th salary too.
They also provide food/free lunch 3 times a week.
All travel allowances are paid when going out to the field to meet customers. (No work-home tnt)
