The client is a beach club/beach resort and they are looking for an

experienced + hands-on MANAGER/ESS

(this is not a desk-jockey job- the hands-on is very important).

*About the Role*:

We are seeking a dynamic Manager who can:

—have his/her hands both on Operations (70% of the role) and Marketing (the rest 30%) and

— lead the day-to-day operations of our beach club/resort and oversee our marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in club operations, coupled with expertise in marketing, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests.

*Key Responsibilities*:

1. *Operational Management*:
– Oversee daily club operations, ensuring smooth functionality and a high standard of service.
– Coordinate with the team to maintain the upkeep of the facility, ensuring a pristine environment for our guests.
– Handle any operational challenges promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the club experience.

2. *Marketing Team Leadership*:
– Manage the marketing team, setting goals, and devising strategies to promote the club’s brand and offerings.
– Analyze market trends to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to our target audience.

3. *Staff Management*:
– Recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring they are aligned with our club’s vision and service standards.
– Utilize experience in managing Ghanaian staff, understanding the local work culture and dynamics to ensure team cohesion and productivity.

*Qualifications & Experience*:

– Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Tourism, or Business Administration.
– Proven experience in nightclub or beach club management.
– Strong background in marketing, especially within the club or hospitality industry.
– Previous experience managing low to mid-level staff in Ghana is highly advantageous.

Working Hours

This is a 6-day a week role

The resort operates /get busiest roughly from midnight to midnight all days except Monday.
