Your major KPI is vehicle turnaround time.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
The inbound supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all inbound stock is fully received in the warehouse in the shortest possible time. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the offloading of items from inbound vehicles
- Liaising with security to ensure that vehicle wait time is kept to a minimum
- Maintaining vehicle inbound traffic on Qminder
- Ensuring the quality of goods that are delivered to the warehouse; nearly expiry or damaged cases should be rejected
- Liaising with the procurement team regarding items to be delivered to the warehouse
- Ensuring all items received at the warehouse are captured accurately on the system in real time
- Safe keeping of all supplier invoices and submitting them to the finance department
- Daily reconciliation of the system inbound vs physical inbound position
- Ideally you got excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Have excellent analytical skills.
- Good commercial understanding, numerical skills, a high level of computer literacy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly – the warehouse will be working in 3 shifts
Evening, weekend, and unsocial hours’ work should be expected.

Free Buses will be available to transfer personnel between Accra (eg Mall, Circle, etc) to Tema Free Trade Zone) and vice versa

SALARY
Target Salary is 1500- 2000 net per month
