THE ROLE

You are to get clients who are interested in our water and then place orders for them
The truck will gather details and then do the delivery themselves
It’s a 6days working job
You are just to bring in the sales leads then the delivery team takeover

General Purpose
To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the quality of product and service delivery.
Has a minimum of 3000 bags of sachet water to sell at the end of every month.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Generate and qualify leads.
     Source and develop client referrals.
     Prepare sales action plans and strategies
     Schedule sales activity
     Develop and maintain a customer database
     Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
     Make sales calls to new and existing clients
     Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
     Negotiate with clients
     Develop sales proposals
     Prepare and present sales contracts
     Attend product training
     Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
     Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
     Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
     Follow up on sales activity
     Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
     Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
     Carry out market research and surveys
     Participate in sales events
     Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development Education and Experience
     Should have a minimum academic qualification of SHS
     Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
     Knowledge of customer service principles
     Knowledge of basic business principles
     A minimum of two years of experience in sales
     Experience in making presentations
     Proven ability to achieve sales targets

REMUNERATION:
Sales personnel will receive a salary of Ghc100 which is tied to achieving a sales target of 3000 bags of sachet water.

Every exceeded bag of water attracts a commission of 0.30p per bag. Eg assuming you achieve sales of 5000 bags a month, your salary of Ghc1005 will be paid and you get a commission of (0.30*2000=600). Your total salary for the month will be Ghc1605.00.
Unable to achieve the target, the relative target achieved will be marched with the salary and paid accordingly. Eg, if you achieve 2000 bags instead of 3000bags your salary will be Ghc670.00
There will be end-of-year performance bonuses for personnel that exceeds monthly targets throughout the months of the year.

WORKING DAYS
Working days are from Mondays-Saturdays. Sales personnel can decide to work on
public holidays at their own discretion in other to achieve sales target or exceed.

LOCATION

Accra – but you will be most of your time in the field visiting prospects and existing customers.
