POSITION: ACCOUNT OFFICER
Responsible for providing precise and adequate financial records for management decision.
JOB SCHEDULE:
- Prepare weekly Budget.
- Maintaining Petty Cash on excel and Sage
- Raising of Payment Vouchers
- Raising of Tom Card request.
- Raising of Tax Invoice & Receipt.
- Daily posting of transactions. (Sage)
- Carryout Bank transactions.
- Applying payment on Sysserve and generating final invoice.
- Daily posting of receivables and Payments.
- Liaising with Marketer’s on receivables
REQUIREMENTS:
- A university degree in Accounting or any other relevant course.
- At least 3 years’ proven work experience in a similar position.
- Good working knowledge of Sage application.
- Time-management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to details
REMUNERATION: 1,000Ghc to 1,200Ghc
Preferably male between 28 to 35yrs of age.
