CIVIL ENGINEER – must be a Registered Structural Engineer


Must have 5+ year experience – you are approximately 30-45 years old (give or take)



JOB TITTLE:Building Engineer


1)、More than 5 years of construction experience, ideally with a hospital project construction experience is preferred.

2)、Familiar with the local housing construction procedures.

3)、Familiar with the government regulations and ordinances.

4)、Consults with and provides guidance to project stakeholders and managerial staff regarding engineering requirements for construction of various designs, modifications, and structural repairs.

5)、Holding a certificate of Registered Structural Engineer.

Job Content:

1)、Manage and monitor the local employee’s working performance.

2)、Provide internal coordination between the Employer and the local employees in Ghana.

3)、Provide weekly and monthly progress reports on projects and programs.

4)、Doing AutoCAD drawings and reviewing drawings.

5)、Monitors project progress and ensures design specifications, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

6)、Drafts and presents reports on topics related to projects such as environmental impact statements.

7)、Expected to complete other work assigned by the management.





4000-7000 GHS – depending on professional experience and skills

possibly negotiable for the right candidate with unusual professional experience

We will Provide accommodation & telephone bill subsidy.



Minimum BSc Civil Engineering/ Building Technology/ Construction Management – or something similar
