Property Maintenance Operator M/F
Operative role:
- To optimise property condition and quality to ensure the building and any and all contents are kept in good and safe working condition.
- To be able to understand the mechanism of building including electrical, basic plumbing, safety systems and equipment (e.g. washing machine, generator and water pump etc).
- To provide immediate response to fault finding, whilst maximising quality and ensuring cost effectiveness.
- To arrange maintenance requirement on the buildings.
- Procure services and arrange and organise multiple works on buildings including painting, plumbing, carpentry and basic landscaping.
- Regularly liaise and communicate with the Owner and report on works carried out.
- Order materials in timely fashion to carry out works on sites
The successful maintenance operative will be able to demonstrate as well as have the skills above, the following attributes:

Day to Day work:
- Working on the premises everyday
- Keeping the property clean and tidy
- Arranging for general cleaning on a monthly basis
- Arrange for regular rubbish collection
- Carrying out minor repairs
- Supervising Artisans and monitoring their work
- Checking electricity metre is topped up
- Arranging payment of bills with the owner
- Keep an account of spending (including receipts) on the house and giving owner regular
Package:
- Accommodation provided on site for duration of the role and subject to maintaining in good condition
- Monthly salary in paid in arrears of between ghs 700 to 900 depending on experience
- Discretionary annual bonus payable based on performance
Qualifications:
Any relevant degree in property maintenace is very very welcome
Can be either Male or Female, but you should know hwat you are doing
And, you are computer/ smartphone/internet literate/

Target Salary is 700-900 net per month but it can go higher for exceptional candidates
Free Accommodation
Other benefits to be defined -eg possibility of a car to go back and forth between the 2 sites, etc
