 Position summary:
As General Manager for Business Development and Growth

  1. Actively prioritize and drive growth-increase revenue and reduce cost
  2. Financial, commercial, and business acumen – what makes money for the organization-bottomline
  3. Use data to make business decisions-data driven decisions to increase sales; so this is mainly an internal role and it will largely performed digitally and will not require much movements outside the office.
  4. The use of, and measuring KPIs to achieve growth-increase revenue and decrease cost
  5. Use of cost/benefit analysis to arrive at optimum resource capacity-staffing/assets/opportunity Viability
  6. Influencing Upward to make strategic business decisions/investments
  7. Leadership qualities:
  • Effective communication-Responsiveness
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Influence- Upward/downward
  • Confidence
  • Empathy
  • Collaborate-Team player
  1. strong Environmental Scanning

Salary range –GHS2,500.00- GHS3000.00 (net salary)

Qualifications

  • Desired gender and age: Male 35-45
  • Required:BS degree with major in Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics or Sales. An MBA will be an advantage
  • Preferred:Accounting/Supply Chain Management a plus
  • Minimum Years of experience and in which fields: 5 years’ experience in Management/Leadership-Budgeting/Costing/Sales-Growth/Forecasting financial modelling/Data Driven Decisions
  • Must be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision and prompting
  • Ideally you have 5 years experience in a similar role
