Responsibilities:

The Area Sales Manager/ess oversees 4 pillars Distributor Engagement, Sales Force Development and Motivation, Open Markets availability, Retail availability. His responsibilities include:

  1. In initial stage he will be responsible to redistribute goods from distributors place and work in each market to develop sales for our new product
  2. Appointment, Management, and development of distributors by consistently reviewing the daily sales and stock levels, advising on sales and operations, and engaging them on a common platform.
  3. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CREATE DISTRIBUTORS
  4. Development of monthly sales plans of all products to meet the sales target of all SKUs of MPL in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan.
  5. Recruit, manage and coach the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI targets are met

Skills Required:

  1. Good communication skills: you should have good communication skills and good relationships in the market than only they will be able to create distributors
  2. Team management and Leadership
  3. Proactive and Result Oriented

Working hours:

Monday- Friday and half Saturday

.

Salary

Depending on experience and your ability to create distributors and take up more and more responsibilities and product lines, circa 4000 gross + possibly a 10% KPI- based bonus
