Female RECEPTIONIST/ FRONT DESK

To welcome our clients and provide the necessary administrative support for the salon department Years of Experience: Minimum 1- 2 years of reception experience in a reputable company

Contract length: 24 months (extentable) – Job Type: Full time

Your duties:

  • Welcome and greet every client in a warm and friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times
  • Handle client questions and concerns effectively and with empathy
  • Identify the needs of the client by asking questions and appoint requested services and also advise clients on retail products
  • Provide information to clients related to services provided
  • Manage client complaints professionally and efficiently in line with the company after sales policy, escalating to management if necessary
  • Build relationships with clients and ensure all technical service is recorded for future reference
  • Encourage and inform clients of new trends focusing on upgrading appointments
  • Maintain a professional relationship with the clientele
  • Manage client retention with Book Back process and encourage client referrals to achieve a full day column in line with working days and productivity growth
  • Update client records with contact and billing information, appointment details, and services offered.
  • Provide efficient and courteous handling of telephone calls
  • Manage the appointment system to achieve maximum productivity for each technician
  • Provide administrative support for the salon department
  • Report to management any concerns in connection with the salon departments and/or client issues requiring attention
  • Attend planned trainings as necessary to update skills
  • Inform manager of depleting stocks as per individual technician request
  • Offer beverages and interact with clients while they wait
  • Preparing sales reports on a daily basis
  • Uphold municipality standards of hygiene and salon policies and procedures
  • Maintain personal grooming standards at all times enhancing the image of the industry and Profile brand
  • Perform prep and cleaning of the reception area during working hours to ensure a comfortable environment for the waiting client
  • keep attendance
  • Perform other role related duties as assigned
  • Available to work on various schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Have a proactive approach to work and able to work well as a Team member
  • Be aware of cultural differences and be respectful to all individuals

Qualifications:

Any relevant degree is very very very welcome but not a must – bubbly customer-oriented service personality is a must

You should know what you are doing

And, be flexible… The Salon is open 9 am – 7 pm and 6-days a week…. you will need to work in shifts.

SALARY

Target Salary is 1000-1200 per month + bonus

but it can go higher for exceptional candidate
